- DECENVER 2023: USD 7.65 per barrel

* LARGE BP Whiting Refinery LOSES POWER and SHUTS DOWN (STILL NOT OPERATING}

- IMMEDIATE ~ USD 15 INCREASE in 3-2-1 CRACK SPREADS to VERY HIGH TEENS in USDs per barrel

- they are VERY UPBEAT on Sunrise SAGD {NOW in the BOP RANGE of 45,000 -50,000 bbls/d} as their INFILL DRILLING WELLS and LONGER LATERALS (compared to HUSKY ENERGY) will TAKE THEM UP TO and HIGHER than their NAMEPLATE CAPACITY BOP of 65,000 bbls/d
