CVE divestitures after deal closes.

CVE divestitures after deal closes.Listening to Alex talk you get the feeling that he is going to make some major divestment moves after the deal is finalized.

Does anybody have an educated guess as to what the following assets would be worth in an admittedly depressed market for oil and gas assets?

-Canadian East Coast reserves?

-Liwan gas and associated natural gas projects in Asia?

-Husky retail outlets in Canada?

-other probables that I haven't mention here?

Right now the new combined entity has about $12.9B in net debt. I am hoping that they can drive that down to around $9B with asset sales. That would be a debt figure that the markets can live with but in this environment it won't be easy.
