RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Did Anyone "Dissent"? Unfortunately in this corporate world we live in, this class action lawsuits driven by HSE shareholders will simply just go away without any ramifications.
The public people will not keep throwing their good money to lawyers to chase this issue, knowing they are going against billion dollar companies.
The public will never win and they know that. This lies true with all big business corporate aspects in life, as we sit there and watch criminal actions take place in the corporate structure and government knowing its corrupt and wrong, there is very very little anyone can do about it. Especially in Canada as our government is incredibly weak, and when your leader has weak knees and gets ran over the rest of team tends to follow and not have allot of confidence.
Next time you think you have a say, just remember your taxes come straight off your cheque along with all your dues. If you don't want to pay your taxes they will take everything you own and throw you in jail. If you don't want to pay your property taxes they come amd take your house. Don't get caught up thinking the general public have any say, unless your prepared to revolt in large masses, because we don't.
And although we say we live in democratic society and have rights and freedoms, we do, but don't go to far out of the guidelines or you'll pay severe consequences.
