i believe it was you who chickened out. If you check the hse board, i was active there since 2002, to the last days.   Since there were no SEC charges levied on your alleged accounting fraud against husky nor lawsuiit against the sale of the midstream assets during time when husky was in operation, this proved u were wrong.  Now that husky is sold, info from my husky's contact

Unfortunately in this corporate world we live in, this class action lawsuits driven by HSE shareholders will simply just go away without any ramifications.  The public people will not keep throwing their good money to lawyers to chase this issue, knowing they are going against billion dollar companies.  The public will never win and they know that. i had never contested the potential of class action lawsuit from the preferred shareholders for not for not redeeming the HSE.PR of their nominal price $25.  This is not just a husky issue but also cenovus should be the defendant as well.
