RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zacks says sell Cenovus...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zacks says sell Cenovus...Hey Bone Head.... It's STANDARD PRACTICE here to spend Billions on a Projects yet don't have a clue what prices will be the next year, let alone next month.

Again, your Hyprocisy just shows.      So why you think HUSKY would require a 20, 30, 40 year deal before building a project????

Again, you don't know...  You just making BS up.

Yes, clearly the contract hadn't expired.....  But when was it going to????      Until we actually know, we don't know how much a hit Husky took, if any since who know what they would have ended up if a new contract was not negotiated and the old expired.

Husky didn't sue....

Compare that to what's going on here, the BS..... but notice you are silent.     Why is that?   Oh right, everything that corrupt here is the communits fault!

All just my opinion/view/thinking

RagingBull3 wrote: Husky FAILED to deliver contracted volume of Gas.... maybe that explains back dating of prices of new agreement..

At least I usually say "probably" so that you and other know it's not FACT..... unlike yourself and many others....   "COP won't sell for less than $17"..... or something close to that.

So how long was the original contract?????    OH, right, you don't know.   You just go on and on and on, but really don't know.

I'll get off your back once you find out for sure.......    I've learnt.... to much BS around here and the media.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.

You are so sure of yourself by using words like 'probably' and 'All just my opinion/view/thinking'

Just another way to hide your ignorance on the subject.  You even assumed all contract is timed based. What a moron. If it was time based, a disgruntle buyer can just stop buying gas and let time lapse to exit a contract. Husky threaten to sue cnooc, that's why china come to the table. China doesn't like their cheating get exposed to international arena for too long or too deep. Cockroaches don't like having the light shining on them

The gas contract is FAR FAR FAR from expiry.  You telling me husky sign a 2 years gas contract and go spend multi hundreds of million $ gas project? You are too dumb to even make up a plausible excuse for china. Even my residential gas contract with my utility company goes for 5 years. and i'm not a multi million dollar gas buyer.

 first liwan gas March 2014

husky threaten to sue cnooc April 2016

RagingBull3 wrote: As I said, the contract probably was going to expire anyways.   Contract is not FOREVER..  And you know it.    What I do agree on is that the new contract pricing should not have been back dated.....

But dont' know for sure as we don't know what the contract was... But we all know contracts are for a TERM, they are not for FOREVER.

If fact, wouldn't be surpised that it was HUSKY/CNOCC that came to the table to re-negotiate a new contract.

Either way, at some time, a new contract/pricing would be in order.   Existing contract is not forever.

All just my opinion/view/thinking

so why china deface itself to re-negotiate an existing gas contract?

RagingBull3 wrote: LOL.... That's right, you don't need to ACTUALLY know the contract.... that way you can BS and claim your "truth".      And notice you brush aside CNOCC 51%.

So.... how did you know that LOWER LONG TERM prices already in the contract?????   Oh ya, just making BS probably.

All just my opinion/view/thinking/guessing.
