+80% of eates ate that up. Can't really blame them, no way soccer moms and joe six pack know enough science to distinguish real or fake science but they are gullible enough to eat up the politician con.
Here is my opinion. Politicans pushed covid mandate because they saw +80% got scared enough to get vaccinated and therefore took the easy politicial decision to side with the 80% of voters. It is just pure simple politic, siding with 80% voters would keep them in power in next election than siding with the <20% voters.
The trucker convoy kinda shocked the politicians, they learned that both vaxxed and unvaxxed are opposing the mandate and they are not a small fringe minority. Some +60% from poll supporting ending of mandate. Politicians flipped position right away. Look at Jason Kenney, now doug ford, the flippers. It was NEVER ABOUT SCIENCE, MANDATE WAS ALL ABOUT POLITIC, and the vaccinated suckers ate it all up (enough though some vaxxed worry nellies are still pro mandate). Covid killed mostly the weak and old with 3-4 comorbidities, it is those group that should get the vaccine, The vaccine can also kill all age group due to unforseen adverse reaction, meaning the healthy and younger group should NOT get the covid vaccine as the benefit of covid vaccine does not exceed the negatives. Life is about risk management, including investing. If you're willing let politician to manage your health, you should also let someone else manage your money too
