RE:RE:With the US having a buy back price of $72The SPR is important but dont just focus on that number as its a combination of commercial reserves and the SPR. Commercial reserves are also down but not to the same extent as the SPR. That being said. Very Bullish Going Forward Oil. Five years or more before any new major new barrels could come online and there is no signs today that anyone is prepared to spend capital to do suck.
