- both the TMX and ENB tolls are NOT a SIGNIFICANT FACTOR RIGHT NOW as WCS is being PRICED at USD 72+ per barrel

- MEG pays about USD 8.50 - 9.50 per pipeline barrel from Hardisty AB to Nederland TX assuming the CONTRACTED 100,000 bbls/d {TAKE or PAY} TRANSPORTATION using the Enbridge pipelines

- TMX tolls are going to be about USD 8+ per barrel for Cenovus Energy

- MASSIVE OPERATING MARGINS {@ USD 72+/bbl.} to COVER PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION going either the TMX or ENB routes

- NO, what is IMPORTANT NOW are the SALES CONTRACTS to the REFINERS as PRICES ARE VERY FAVORABLE
