Cushing oil inventory

Hi everyone, just want to get some thoughts on Cushing inventory levels. Currently around 27 million. Can these barrels realistically go to zero? Or at what point does the US government release oil from the SPR? Thoughts?

Chance of "running out" at Cushing is essentially 0. So many interconnections exist, and oil will find it's way to the customer. Think of Cushing as a buffer, looking at inventory at one node can be misleading.
