CVE and SU need to reject Transmountain outrageous prices

Trans Mountain, a Crown corporation, had submitted an application to the Canada Energy Regulator in June that included toll rates that had increased from $4 a barrel, set in 2013, to close to $11 per barrel now. The increases are based on the latest cost estimate for the project, which has risen six-fold from around $5 billion to $30.9 billion.

- the CER will decide but do NOT expect miracles as the BITUMEN SHIPPERS {WCS and AWB producers} can ONLY CONTEST the PERMITTED DESIGNATED EXPENSES factored into the tolls - with a total cost of ~ $31 billion even if they are SUCCESSFUL in DISALLOWING $ 1 billion in inflated costs {like $ 150,000 for moving an ANT HILL}, the transportation tolls will STILL BE in the order of USD 7.50 to USD 9.80 ...more

Well they can by not using it but if they get better pricing for WCS shipping west than they do south I think that choice will be obvious. GLTY and all
