- the SNEAKS ! SHOCK ! - CVE CEO JM's 'MISDIRECTED' comments on the WRB Refining JV was EDITED OUT of the Q3/2023 transcripts * the CVE LAWYERS probably FORCED the ACTION - LAST QUESTION in the CC {by UBS Manav Gupta} - this guy ALWAYS asks the TOUGHEST questions in the CVE CCs {I LIKE IT as it KEEPS the CVE senior executives SHARP} z173

Are you suggesting otherwise? >>>> Manav Gupta Perfect. I'm going to ask a follow-up question, based on the response you provided to John. I got a whole bunch of questions on my Bloomberg, ...more

Repost the text it doesn't show in my last post? >>>> Manav Gupta   Perfect. I'm going to ask a follow-up question, based on the response you provided to John. I got a whole bunch of questions on my Bloomberg, so I'm going to follow-up on this, as it relates to those two assets, sir, is it more of a case of a price or is it more of a case that you always ...more

Cenovus Energy’s (CVE.TO)(CVE) CEO on Thursday addressed rumours that Phillips 66 (PSX) plans to sell its stake in U.S. refinery assets jointly owned by the two companies. Jon McKenzie’s remarks on Cenovus’ post-earnings conference call follow a report from the Dow Jones news service this week that Phillips 66 may offer its stakes in the Wood River, Ill., and Borger, Texas ...more

That was misdirection at its finest. I think the new CEO understands the damage that was done, and will push to regain that confidence, even if it means ...more
