RE: RE: RE: quarterly results todayAnd so the question becomes, why didn't CVI inform the market about the quality/blending issues years ago?  Isn't that something you'd expect to be at the top of your list before committing to building a friggin pipeline?  Remember the pipeline was "supposed" to handle ~100,000 bpd, yet now we learn Safer can't handle more than 5000 bpd (half a dozen Hiswah wells are shut in and the others are choked back as a result) and that volume continues to decline!  F Me.$0$0$0$0$0$0$0Was CVI "top" management so incompetent that they only recently found out about the blending issues?  Even with CVI's history of blunders, that's really hard to believe.  The alternative is that they were they simply lying to the market. $0$0$0$0$0Either way you look at it, it's clear Shimoon isn't capable of running this company properly.$0
