Good Move?

Good Move?As a long suffering & weary CVI shareholder...going back to the Virginia pump, I jumped
in around 3:40 pm to pick up 1000 at  $2.31.  Today I see in the last 20 minutes, they
took it down to $2.07 at end of day after been flat for most of the session. Is this a good
sign?
This is my first post but I read the Board on occasion and my sentiment is with some posters
who think there should be good news in November or perhaps December. Thus for regular
followers, the question is whether this activity is to be expected or could it be manipulation
to get cheap stock before News.
My only insight is that in April, I visited the company's Calgary office with the intent of asking
some questions before Annual meeting but I can assure getting into the IRS in Washington
was easier and once in no one would come out to speak to me, so just the secretary gave
me the Report. This was appalling corporate behaviour to treat a shareholder but not
totally surprising from some posts...still willing to put up a while longer with hope I can
get out even steven.
