Financials pretty much as per Q2 - similar production etc.
A few tidbits stuck out at me.  10K bpd is max permitted trucking limit until pipeline is finished.  No update when that might be started (let alone finished) but if past history is any guide, it's several years away.  Of course CVI will put on their rose colored glasses and blow smoke up everyone's bum and pretend it will get done in a year.  But wasn't it 4 years ago that the damn thing was supposed to be finished?  And here they are still talking about it.  Too rich.
RN 2 tested 3K bpd and said could produce higher rates.  But so what?  If they can't truck it, it doesn't do them a damn bit of good...
So, as usual, it's hurry up and wait.  And wait.  And wait.  Once the TOF is (eventually) finished, no production ramp for 1-2 years (or more considering the glacial pace things go in Yemen).
Almost snorted my tea thru my nose when CVI said the TOF was "on time" with year end completion target...
