Shareholder friendly director?

Shareholder friendly director?I like the idea of following up with the suggestion of someone proposing an outside shareholder
to be a director. I believe and can check that this is easy for someone to do at the AGM. We other
shareholders would need to know name, if not attending, and put name on proxy with FOR.
Of course, they (mgm. and insiders) probably have enough votes to vote nomination down but
who knows what would happen and it certainly might send a message of shareholder dissatisfaction.

The person should live in or near Calgary in case the miracle happened so he could attend Director
meetings.

Myself, although born in Calgary, I live in Mississauga, Ontario and occasionally get to Calgary on
business ---AND this is only by way of background as there are a two or three on this Board who
seem to have knowledge and interest in company's business. I am a long suffering shareholder
going back to days of Veronica, whoever he was, and though averaged down a bit, still have
very small stake. I am not sure if I have the stomach to buy more here...I keep thinking I should sell
since 2 years ago, I went to their office as a shareholder and no one would give me the time of day
...other than the receptionist who gave me annual report. At the time it was obvious they just don't
care about shareholders and who wants to be part of that.
