Nobody dumped 2MM at $ 2.40. But BMO was the elephant in the room at the beginning of the month - they were far and away the biggest seller -sold over 600K net shares at $2.57. Could add all the other sellers in those days and it wouldn't come close to their selling volume
..
That said. I appreciated BMO getting cold feet and glady took a substantial amount of those shares for myself. But I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for $9 - until that pipeline is built, no chance of that happening - and the p/l is years away...
