We must read carefully the words , it is Ortega's government gold arm that is targeted, they sell gold in the US and make him money but the US is not targeting CXB. Ortega gets less money from his mines. That's it. The US dont want to punish the people nor the foreign entities like CXB.
My God the shorts have a great time making money on possible interpretations and I see it will continue today but when people study the texts bing published , study is the word, and albeit study the words used carefully , they are law, the stock will slowly go back way up. No worries there.
