It didn't take long for the CXB board to figure out Manson couldn't add any value, just the opposite in fact. In the words of Dr. King's famous quote "Thank God Almighty we are free at last".

He took the board spot because no other director of MOZ wanted it.  And i guarantee that he was ringfenced so he had no real role other than to soak up some fees until the next AGM.

Have a hard time believing that he only took the spot because no one else wanted it.  Does NOT really seem to be **that** kind of guy/team player - the guy who as far as i know, never purchased a single share of MOZ with his own money.   Plus he's never shied away from a cozy position with free options handed out yearly (if CXB is anything like MOZ was).  But sounds like you ...more

I doubt that previous MOZ shareholders would have voted for him at the CXB elections this year. Its over and done gone and out end of story.
