He took the board spot because no other director of MOZ wanted it. And i guarantee that he was ringfenced so he had no real role other than to soak up some fees until the next AGM.

Have a hard time believing that he only took the spot because no one else wanted it. Does NOT really seem to be **that** kind of guy/team player - the guy who as far as i know, never purchased a single share of MOZ with his own money.
