Oberman is still an unknown, but there is every possibility that it has not changed, but it does not take a very favourable result for the price per share to go above what it is today.

Rad10, that's just boilerplate that auditors use to protect themselves, a standard qualification to a going concern note in these circumstances. There is no way that they did the CBCA filing ...more
