When VRX is hitting a new yr low and the hitthc slides toward previous supports, the yellow flag is still out. The only question I am asking now is, could that health index double bottom on the 4 day low or the 15 day low to give a short term signal. Despite that a buy could be in order here soon for the day or overnight hold for me.
