Shorts have to cover, new institutions accumlating want to keep the price low as long as possible. When they run out of people to buy stock from thenthe share price can move up.
Again, I don't think there were many shorts so they should not take very long.
Many people understand the differences between VRX story and CXR story so sellers should run out fairly quickly.
VRX can't go down 15% forever. When that stabilizes, more conservative poeple will come sniffing around for the bargains.
