There is still a WAR out there

between shorts and longs.

Usually high volume is a good sign but not in this case.

Big money has to be satisfied before it can move.  Shorts have to cover, new institutions accumlating want to keep the price low as long as possible.  When they run out of people to buy stock from  thenthe share price can move up.  Again, I don't think there were many shorts so they should not take very long.  Many people understand the differences between VRX story ...more
