RE:VXR and CXR are not the same (true and false)

RE:VXR and CXR are not the same (true and false)Excellent post JFF.  I too am in this more for the trade than long term.  I have never understood the valuation on these healthcare stocks and only jumped in yesterday because of the trading opportunity.
Lots of expectation on this board that the SP will get back over $100.   Admittedly I haven't spent much time on CXR's fundamentals but I understand that their debt is in neighborhood of $3.5B USD - so $4.5B CAD.  So with 41M shares o/s, $100 SP gives you an enterprise value of $8.6B.  I believe the expectation is for 2016 EBITDA of $600M.  So $100SP is a EV/EBITDA multiple of 14.3. That seems high to me though I admit I don't know what is normal for this sector.  I would welcome a critique of my math.

Cheers
