Looks like he is going to get sued IMO if the lawyers aren't at his door step already, ackman already picked up 2mm shares oppose to my 110 @ $185 and sold out at $164, a loss that I don't really care, as I intended to buy more of Cxr yesterday which I did, I am sooooo dam glad I did not pick 1k of Vrx at $184, ouch that would have hurt ( atlleast short term) was soooooo tempted to sell Cxr and buy Vrx at 120$ but discipline dragged me back.
