Would they have preferred to raise at over 100? I am sure they would have. Do you think they could have predicted the upcoming collapse in the sector and their share price in July? If they were that prescient they are amazing. Predicting Hillary Clinton's comments and the subsequent reaction in July! With all the negative posts on here I am curious, are you trying to squeeze out a last little bit of profit from your short before you cover, or are you legitimately worried that this stock will shoot up once people cut through all the noise and leave you in the red? Posts like this look like desperation to me. All insider moves on this stock have been known for some time and would have been priced in ages ago. Also, cannot wait to see your posts when the insiders start buying at these depressed prices once the window is open for them to do so.
