RE:Have I got this right?Yep!  You are buying at $6B USD company for 1/4 that price!  And there's no rush to do so!  yet... ! ;-)

This volatility is making me a fortune as a new aggressive short term investor.    The last thing you want to do these days is "buy and hold" an overvalued company.  Although doing "buy and hold" does really work well when you can pick these up at the bottom like CXR at $40  CXRX at $30 US!!!  
Incredible but true!
