I disagree. My understanding is that Management's MO is to pay down debt using cash flow from operations as they have been doing from their acquisition. They reserve their equity for last means as it is highly dilutive and counter to creating shareholder value. They can justify it for an acqusition, but would find it hard to pay down debt only if they came to the market with the prospition. CEO mentioned on BNN that he would be buying at this level if he was allowed under security rules so the timing is a big issue. By end of next year, people would've forgotten all about the debt issue if the company shows some strong quarterly results. 

Just my two cents.
