3 down day leg. Yep, 36 was about the 50%retrace on the oct 21-23 move. Nhc also retraced almost 50% oct 30 on their oct 21-23 move. We all know the fundamentals are here, but I still say the technicals will have to come into play. A couple of 20% moves is all it would take to put CXR back in the driver seat.
