The shorting VRX half of that trade is way too risky. Even the most adamanet shorters (independent guys) are limiting the amount of shorting they do at these levels. they are taking profits at the bottom of these dips and then jumping back in from higher levels for quick trades. The bigger money shorts are a different story.
