This timeline makes it pretty clear that Clinton's speech on September 20 is what precipitated the collapse of VRX share price which took CXR along for the ride. It's also clear that Citron just saw an opportunity after the damage was done and pounced on it like a hyena. The CXR recovery started well before Citron's "toxic" bs about Valeant on Nov 3 with reality finally starting to sink in on November 12.
