The mid of Bollinger bands is just a simple moving average. With 20 periods and what appears to be 2 minute periods, you are basically saying that the price at close was equal to the simple moving average of 20, 2 minute periods before close. This is hardly a revelation, in fact, if you were to test this out on a wide range of stocks you would find that it would on average equal the closing price with pretty decent precision.
