He doesn't see a higher range until they prove they can pay down the debt, which seems to be the same meaningless theme other analysts have made. What they really mean is, we have no flaming idea! Name me a company that wouldn't be better off by paying down debt?
Fact is they are all actually trading the stock until they see it settle and that has more to do with good figures that prove what most informed investors already know; the revenue from outside N. America is the golden thread here. GLTAL
