Bruce Campell on Market Call

Somebody go ask what he thinks of CXR

He said they are out of it now. Who knew! He doesn't see a higher range until they prove they can pay down the debt, which seems to be the same meaningless theme other analysts have made. What they really mean is, we have no flaming idea! Name me a company that wouldn't be better off by paying down debt?    Fact is they are all actually trading the stock until they see it settle ...more

I think he has lost touch with reality if he is out of this now. I guess he is afraid of tax loss selling which makes no sense considering CXR can gap up big moves in very short time period. Their value to the upside is very obvious as guidance is at least $6.00 USD EPS for 2016 and they are doing that now as well. I guess he rather be cautious than sorry. He wasn't completely negative. I think he did mention that this can get into the $80's. It has to show the market that it can pay down the debt. He will be a buyer soon in my estimation.

Large institutional investors will drive this higher and be satisfied with a 10-20% gain if they are late to the party. What they cannot risk is a big bet based on faith. They are in a show me phase and now it is the hands of the company to move from faith to evidence. Me? I have a strong faith in CXR to do what they say they will do but I do not believe in God. LOL

it seems he does not believe company projections or he thinks it will go lower by analysts complicit in mentioning debt. A little two-faced I think if he says it can go to $80.
