not to far away from the 13 day and not under or oversold either.
Only way to move is someone comes on TV and boosts it.

50-50   LOL    Given the general slow but consistent recovery of CXR over the last few months I'd reckon it has slightly greater chance of closing higher today. Something like 49-51.
