RE:TomorrowOr maybe it's simply a matter of a lot of people saw the value in Concordia particularly after the plunge in September, so they bought heavily expecting it to quickly recover and go back to $75-$100 levels of last year. The sp did start to recover nicely but then it stalled at just under $60. And since then it's been in almost a continuous downhill trend for the last 3 weeks. People are getting spooked and rightly so.
