part of the problem is that we are in the IBB. When we got placed in there there was lots of joy but I had posted that it is a double edged sword and so it is. Time , results and execution will in time, take this thing up. Perhaps next quarter will be a "show me" quarter that will wake up the institutions into getting into this thing.
