Investors are waiting for the bottom, cavinsin. I would like to see stability before getting back in. I would rather forfeit a little potential upside than try to time the bottom and lose even more. Once a bottom is confirmed and we see some support and stability, the money will come back and we will begin our ascent. There appears to be some short-term support at $40ish. I believe the big money managers have the same idea.
