Excellent news from my perspective. I don't follow AYA but I hope this gets the communiity thinking / talking about the Healthcare casulties and more focused on value investing. at $21/share for AYA with closing price of ~$15/share, that representes a 40% premium.
With a similar premium, that would imply a take-out price of ~$53.50/share from Friday's close - a SIGNIFICANT discount IMO to the actual price. I hope the price rallies to high 40's before any take-out offers.
