You just don't get it.
Oh, I get it alright. I just believe that the same market that you tout as being responsible for holding us back, will also be the same market that rewards earnings performance. I also believe that purporting to be "long" while focusing discussion on short-term market fluctuations and disseminating fears and worries about same is wrong and should not be construed or taken as sound, long-term investment advice. If you are a trader and only care about daily fluctuations (i.e. you make your profits from the daily volatility and taking advantage of and promoting fear and doubt), then admit it and quit the charade. If you are actually long, then how about: stop going on and on and on about short-term market fluctuations, WHEN THE COMPANY HASN'T EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO REPORT ONE SINGLE QUARTER OF POST-ACQUISITION EARNINGS YET?
