I have no idea why Mr. Edward Borkowski refused to answer Prakask Gowd's question during the cc about the 60 new product launches. Maybe he just didn't know (unlikely). So I think it's reasonable to assume they are all reformulations based on drugs that have already been approved and sold. It takes years for a new drug to go through various clinical trials and get approved, let alone 60! Nevertheless launching 60 new formulations in the global market is important and should add signifcant revs to Concordia's bottom line in the years to come.
