Cohodes Seemed pretty convincing to me. People invested in this stock obviously don't want to hear anything negative about their company. Everything he said about Vancouver is absolutely true. Try finding a job their and getting a mortgage on a house. Both fronts almost impossible but house prices keep going up. What up with that?
