Seemed pretty convincing to me.  People invested in this stock obviously don't want to hear anything negative about their company.  Everything he said about Vancouver is absolutely true.  Try finding a job their and getting a mortgage on a house.  Both fronts almost impossible but house prices keep going up.  What up with that?

yeah, you are right there Simonhigh - the high end houses are all being sold to drug dealors and criminals from Hong Kong - or at least that is what your Jockey said - i can't believe we didn't hear laughing from behind the camrea when he let that one out.

Vancouer and Toronto are different from the rest of Canada. Most buyers are immigrants. You can sell a tiny apartment in China for million $ and house here are dirt cheap in comparison. Also, mortgage rates are 2% nowadays vs. 10% late 1990s. Government immigration and zero rates policies have been the driver for housing prices and it will continue.
