RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Big Jump in PriceSo Select, just wondering what drugs you are on? There are no preferred shares currently in play on Concordia's Balance Sheet. They are being proposed as an option to be issued as required by management. Apparently, the proposal did not pass at the AGM but Stockcoach suggests that management could try again with a more specific use and conditions if need be. At present, we are all common shareholders.

You as a common share holder has no idea who holds preferred shares or what those who do hold them want. Name one holder of preferred shares that you are aware of. Have you spoken with any of them. Name the ones you have spoken with. I am really tired of the flakey chatter between you, Adamchess, and Sunshine. For example, is it possible that I own preferred shares and that you do not and that you are misrepresenting preferred shareholder motivations. Stick with your common share holdings and i would propose that you do not propose to speak for those who own other types of equity in this company.

The PF option is not gone. They just don't have card blanche. All this means is that when they have a concrete plan they will have to have a vote on it again. More likelihood to get that passed if the plan is specific and layed out for the shareholders.
