BLACKSTONE blackstone was said to be considering a buyout of concordia as recent as last month as far as the articles ive seen say....
looking at https://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/cxrx/institutional-holdings.........i dont seem to see blackstone holding any shares whatsoever at the moment....
why or how does a pottentially interested party have zero shares but is considering a full on buyout?
