There is no such thing as long as the talks are informal. Offers can be made in informal ways until they're finalized. But as you know I'm not one of those believing in this fairy tale of a buyout, although I think there is a considerable chance a buyout occurs in the next 12 months.

Roller, I am doing my best to not post negative comments on this bullboard.... but come on ... how doped to you think people on this board are that they believe its a "Done deal, sealed and ready to be delivered?" The CXR's BoD has a fiduciary responsibility to disclose all offers to shareholders in a timely manner. An investor trades on the basis that all material information has been disclosed, if what you say is true the BoD will be subject to class action suits.
