Often we see people in buyout talks and nothing comes out of it
and we don't know what was offered.

HA. Blackstone were probably pricing assets in bankruptcy and found out the assets were worth less than the BV. If the firm offer at $45 as you claim, MT would have to disclose the offer to shareholders, regardless if the cxr powers feel like they have been kicked in their dicks. That's how it works or the BoD can be dislodged.
