valid points but the problem is that stock moved on "leaks" twice past two months.. Somebody is not doing their job properly.. I think that's a concern, at least for me.. I bought after ER and disappointed how mgmt handled today's volatility.. Serious investor funds don't touch companies with BO rumours.. Uncertainty kills a lot of things and can kill the stock too.. As of now Concordia is not trading on fundamentals but on news leaks and rumours.. The company can stop it quickly by rejecting any alternatives and move on if they believe in what they can achieve for shareholders.. This could be yoyo trading rest of the year and not good overall for Canadian health care sector and Concordia shareholders.. CB
