Because they can't buy it at their Walmart prices they bash Cxr. Obvious reaction to rejection. At the end f the day Cxr never confirmed talks with blackstone and today they didn't confirm end of talks with anyone. It's killing the shorts that they have no clue when this big hammer is going to drop.
