ONCE AGAINThere will not be a sale unless MT accepts $45US.
That would make it a purchase of $2.3B USD

As I have shown in my previous post, for their market caps

CXR  2.1B

Blackstone  32B
APO 3B.

I can't imagine APO buying a 2.3B company being worth only $3B?
