Release any news they want, when they need to and trade on it. It's a crime. Obviously not too many are selling here, so where is the volume coming from?
I have to admit that I'm surprised that the real news is not out yet. I guess it doesn't matter when if the agreed takeover price is set already. Still though it's heart renching for a long like me with a major position to watch the unfolding of the propaganda.
